My order

Several ways are available for you to verify that your order has been registered:

– The receipt of the order confirmation by email
The display of your order in your customer account. Once connected to your account, choose “Track my order”. This gives you access to all your orders. You can then find out if your order is “in preparation” or “shipped”.

– “Order in preparation”
Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared in our workshop.

– “Shipping”
Your order has been shipped and is on the way. You will receive a second confirmation email with your tracking number.

It is possible to cancel or modify your order if it is still in preparation and hasn’t been shipped yet.

An order already dispatched cannot be modified. However, you can return your order by following the “Return” procedure and then placing a new order.

You have 15 days to change your mind and return your item in its original state. Postage and return costs are not reimbursed.

Each product is delivered wrapped in silk paper and put in a gift box without price tag, ready to be offered.

Make sure to put a different delivery address than the one previously used for the invoice.

Delivery and Return

You can choose from the delivery methods below :

Standard delivery – free (3 to 6 working days from the date of validation of the order)

UPS Express – payable (2 working days from the date of validation of the order)

Delivery to John Nollet cabin (salon) – free (3 to 6 working days from the date of validation of the order)

The rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee exact and precise delivery times. These will depend on the delivery company chosen.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return the item in its original condition. Postage and return costs are not reimbursed.
In order to return your item, please follow the following instructions:

– Log into your customer area.
– Click on the “My orders” section.
– Click on “View”; to display the order concerned.
– Click on “Make a return”.
– Fill in the return form.
– Print the return slip and put it into your package before sending it.

In order to make the online purchasing process of accessories and gift card easier and faster, we accept the following payment methods :
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Carte Bleue PayPal.
